With over 25 years of diverse experience across both corporate and institutional sectors, I am a seasoned HR professional specializing in strategic human resources management, training, recruitment, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and performance management. I have a proven track record of leading and innovating in multiple HR functions, including campus and lateral hiring, global education and training, and employee lifecycle management.

As a proactive leader, I have successfully managed large teams and collaborated with cross-functional business units to drive organizational success. My role as Vice President of the Women Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (WICCI), Karnataka HR Council, has further honed my skills in strategic HR initiatives and policy advocacy.

Known for my strong communication and people management abilities, I am adept at leading teams toward achieving common goals. I have consistently implemented cost-saving initiatives through vendor negotiations and resource optimization

Additionally, I have forged key partnerships with educational institutions, overseeing campus placements and educational sponsorships for economically disadvantaged yet academically excellent students through the Henry Ford Foundation. I have also contributed significantly to shaping HR policies, HR handbooks, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, driving the growth and success of the organizations I have worked with.
