Teacher’s Day: Celebrating the Instruments of Change

Teacher's Day: Celebrating the Instruments of Change

The 5th of September is celebrated as the national teacher’s day. The students at IZee have immense respect for their teachers. Contemplating the placement campaign, they have been grateful for the guidance they have received for tackling the challenges they face. To repay this, students of one of the top BBA colleges in Bangalore decided to give teachers the experience of their lifetime.

The event for Teachers’ Day began with the grand welcoming of the teachers. Like conventional celebrations, a delicious cake was cut to celebrate the occasion. The day was all about teachers. Accordingly, to recognise them, all the teachers were given relevant titles. Titles like “Chief Wisdom Officer,” “Professor of Playful Learning,” “Empowering Lady,” “Path Finder of Possibilities,” “Motivation Queen,” “Head of Hilarity,” “Supportive,” “Commander of Curriculum,” “Energetic Queen,” and “Networking Queen” were assigned to teachers respective to their personalities. Also, this was the time for the teachers to have some fun. To achieve this, students organised a game of musical chairs for the teachers to add some fun musically to the celebration. Teachers were also asked to leave their thumbs and handprints on a big white canvas to elevate the fun of the ambience. Teachers adorned the canvas with their beautiful hands, with their names handwritten below them.

The event was full of enjoyment, and the teachers loved it. One teacher even remarked, “We love the effort that the students have put in for us. I loved the hosting of Sara. We don’t expect this kind of fun in return for the strictness that we sometimes show. But the overwhelming event that we experienced today is an evidence that the students recognise our intent behind it. Loved the event; thanks to the students.” IZee knows how to pull off any vibe, which uncovers with each event they celebrate and their coverage.
