There’s no point in success if one cannot be happy. IZee considers it one of its core values and kickstarted the Happiness Quotient Week on 3rd February 2025 with an IZee Adda session by Dr. Padmakshi Lokesh. The session was held in the scenic Amphitheatre, and the tone for the week was set up to be dedicated to holistic well-being, mental clarity, and self-awareness.
Dr Padmakshi Lokesh is a clinical psychologist popularly known for her mental wellness and mindfulness training work. She had an obvious subject for the session—discussing how the delicate balance of the trifecta of mental, physical, and emotional health is integral to the success and growth of every student. She emphasized the subject with real-life strategies for mindfulness, effective stress management, and daily self-care habits.
Dr. Lokesh cultivated a judgment-free, open environment for students to freely express their thoughts, share their experiences, and raise questions about wellness. This way, students can extract significant value from the session through transformative and informative insights that help them re-evaluate their approaches to health and happiness.
The session inspired the audience with practical tools to convert their determination to prioritize their well-being amidst academic and personal pressures. This marks the first chapter of the Body & Soul series. Dr. Padmakshi Lokesh laid the foundation for the upcoming sessions. Conclusively, a warm vote of thanks was offered to Dr Lokesh for the invaluable insights, the organizing team for end-to-end management, and the students of one of the best BBA colleges in Bangalore for their uninterrupted participation.
