IZee prioritises physical fitness like no other. Considering physical fitness as one of the most critical development metrics, a Zumba session was organised at one of the best BBA colleges in Bangalore on 6th February 2025. Led by the founder of Bodykraft Fitness & Dance Studio, Ms. Dimple, and her dynamic trainer, Ashiq, the session turned the campus into a big dance floor pulsing with rhythm and energy.
The session started with Ms Dimple emphasising the importance of physical activity in student life. She further remarked that Zumba is great for students looking for a fun and fulfilling way to manage stress, boost energy, and enhance mental wellness. She also noted that she should eliminate the taboo around Zumba as a fitness trend. She further mentioned how beginner students can maintain form, breathe correctly, and enjoy making the most of Zumba sessions.

It was time for an upbeat session now. Before the session, the trainer, Ashiq, took over for a fast-paced warm-up to keep the heartbeat going. With a high-intensity Zumba routine, the amphitheatre filled with laughter, cheers, and music, soon blended with constant adrenaline rush and cardiovascular activity.
Trainer Ashiq later joined hands with Ms. Dimple for an energetic 45-minute Zumba experience—a celebration of movement, music, and well-being. Students stomped their feet in rhythm on lively beats, creating an atmosphere equated to fun plus fitness.
This is one of the many incidents in which IZee proved that they work incessantly for the holistic development of students. Events like these energize the campus and remind students of the value of staying active, connected, and balanced.
