“Grow With The Pro” took the pace with the initial sessions. It offers real-world insights to the students, which inspires them to promote lifelong learning. IZee Business School, one of the top MBA colleges in Bangalore, was ready with another expert, insight-filled discussion. As MBA freshers, they should have the basics of financial knowledge. Ajith Jojo was the expert for the day to discuss the same. He is the regional manager at Geojit Financial Systems. The topic of the discussion was “The Dynamics of Financial Footprints in Trading & Corporate Sector.”
The faculty at IZee welcomed Mr. Ajith. He immediately started by explaining how trading and corporate financial activities affect the sector. Extrapolating the dynamics, he remarked on the market impact. A change in market prices, liquidity, and volatility by trading actions can largely affect the financial state. There are unethical practices that exploit the market which need urgent strong regulatory frameworks.
He further explained how resource allocation, investment choices, and corporate governance procedures for corporate responsibility have a financial impact. The increased inclination towards Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) criteria has made corporations evaluate the sustainability of their financial operations. He slightly remarked on the most obvious dynamic, technology and globalization, and the wide availability of capital.
Lastly, he mentioned how stakeholders can influence the financial footprints and move towards better practices to associate the company’s image with openness and responsibility. Financial masterclass: like it has been summarised for the previous sessions. The session was surely a complex one. But it was an important one as well.
